Pratyush Kanth Congress Candidate Kirari Vidhan Sabha

Brothers and Sisters ,

I Pratyush Kanth, hope that you all will be Safe and happy with your family.
I was born in a middle class educated family in Bihar. After completing my basic education I took admission in Delhi University’s St. Stephen College for my higher education. Service to my nation and associating with social issues were my interest from childhood, so maybe this is one reason which attracted me towards Journalism.
I chose Journalism to highlight social issues and draw attention to problems of people at national level and our country’s leading English newspaper “Times of India” gave me an opportunity to become a Journalist. So this is how my career in journalism started. In honor of my sincere work, honesty and dedication, I was promoted to the position of City Editor. This is how I got a close look of the Delhi City. Today I work as a Senior Editor in Times of India newspaper. In journalism, I became aware of the problem of people on a daily basis but I was not able to resolve them as they were not in my work domain.
I found it in my tenure that if you go in any neighborhood area, you will find water logging, open drains and garbage all over the place. In Kirari area, common people have to buy drinking water, water and land mafia have strong influence in this area, corruption has reached its pinnacle, Law and order system is disturbed, there is no effective system for youth employment, Road connectivity is zero in comparison to the rest of the Delhi and there is also no systematic facility for Traffic control.
Development work has been neglected by all previous MLAs of the Kirari constituency; that’s why we should choose a Legislator after due deliberation who can solve our problems. He should stand shoulder to shoulder with local people of Kirari to fight for local issues, raise the voice of people from roads to Vidhan Sabha with enthusiasm and solve problems effectively.
As a social worker and a family member of Kirari locality, I humbly request you to not use your valuable vote by coming in influence of any wave or rumors but examine all the contestants fighting from the Kirari Constituency and choose the right candidate. I was building my career working at a higher position in Times of India for last 12 years, but I want to work for public service for the rest of my life by sacrificing my career in Journalism. I am sure that you will join me after seeing my educational background, qualification and work profile and participate in the development of the Kirari constituency.
I promise that if you join me then I will fulfill your expectations and in next 100 days I will give a new flight to development in Kirari Constituency.
“Able leadership, honest personality”
Sincerely yours
Pratyush Kanth
